Documentation Requirements
- All shipments to Yemen must be covered by an Arab-Irish Certificate of Origin together with an original, signed invoice. Both must be certified by the JA-ICC.
- The JA-ICC can arrange legalisation if required
- Agency Agreements, Power of Attorney and all personal certifications must be stamped by a Notary Public and the Department of Foreign Affairs before submission to JA-ICC. The Chamber can arrange this.
- Health and Radiation certificates are often required for food, meat and poultry consignments
- Halal certificate, stating that slaughter was according to Muslim law, must accompany fresh, frozen meat and poultry
