Mr. Khaled Daouk ,Vice-Chairman of the AICC, becomes new President/Chairman of The Lebanese Canadian Business Association

Ahmad Younis, Secretary General of the Arab Irish Chamber of Commerce, along with the other members of the Chamber, sends congratulations to Khaled Daouk, Vice-Chairman of the AICC, on becoming President/Chairman of The Lebanese Canadian Business Association, and wishes him every success in his new role.

The Lebanese Canadian Business Association (LCBA) was established more than 30 years ago. It has around 350 members composed mainly of Lebanese Canadian business people who do business in and with Canada, and vice a versa. The LCBA works closely with the Embassy of Canada in Beirut. The Canadian Ambassador, Hilary Childs-Adams, is the Honorary President of the Association. The LCBA develops and promotes bi-lateral relations between Canada and Lebanon in all aspects of life: cultural, educational, touristic and most importantly, commercial.

It organises economic and social events in Lebanon and Canada such as conferences, exhibitions and industrial presentations, and liaises with a number of Lebanese Chambers of Commerce in Canada and also with the Arab Canadian Chamber in Toronto.
