Product Registration

Some Arab countries require products to be registered with the Ministry of Health/Agriculture before exporting. For example, pharmaceutical companies require a Certificate of Free Sale or a Pharmaceutical Product Certificate. The JA-ICC can assist with this. The exporter must complete the certificate from the Department of Health, Department of Agriculture or Irish Medicines Board and submit to JA-ICC. The JA-ICC will then arrange 1. Notarisation (if not original) 2. Department of Foreign Affairs stamp if required 3. Certification 4. Legalisation
