Embassy requirements and legalisation fees |
|
|
All shipments to Saudi Arabia must be covered by an Arab-Irish Certificate of Origin and along with an Invoice must be certified by the JA-ICC. If legalisation is required, then our Chamber will arrange legalisation by the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Dublin. |
|
|
Any Certificate which does not relate to a shipment e.g Certificate of Free Sale must be stamped by the Department of Foreign Affairs before our Chamber can certify and/or legalise same. Our Chamber can provide this service on behalf of customers. |
|
|
Health Certificates are required for food, meat and poultry consignments and also for plants products, fruit & vegetables and seeds. |
|
|
All foodstuffs of European Origin must have a Health Certificate to state that the products are Dioxin Free. |
|
|
A Halal Certificate stating that slaughter was according to Muslim law must accompany fresh, frozen meat and poultry. |
|
|
Beverages, canned, chilled or frozen poultry, or by-products, of EU origin [except Belgium and Germany] must accompanied by a Health Certificate issued by a Health Authority certifying that the products are free from MPA and Ostradiol hormones and are fit for human consumption. This must be certified by the JA-ICC. |
|
|
Exporters are often required to submit a Radiation Certificate. |
|
|
A Certificate of Conformity to Saudi Standards, or alternative, approved by standards where no Saudi ones exist, is required for a range of products mainly in the toys, electrical, electronics, automotive and chemical sectors.
